This is the boring stuff..

Let me summarize it by telling you that this website uses only functional cookies, and that I don’t do weird things with your data.

  • I don’t collect personal data through my website. I do collect data in real life or in digital quests. What personal data do I collect ?

Email addresses

Phone numbers

Photos of participants in my projects

  • How do I handle your data?

I handle your data with great respect. I never pass on personal data to others. I weigh my interests against your interests: The only data I collect and store are the ones really necessary to do my job well. For example, the data that is needed to keep in contact with interested parties and clients. Or, for example, the photos that clearify what a certain work looks like.

I never use photos that might make someone feel uncomfortable. Of course, I can only imagine what would make you uncomfortable, I try my best.

I never pass on email addresses or telephone numbers to third parties.

I have a Facebook page, a Twitter account and an Instagram page. I try to post as few pictures as possible in which people are recognisable. (Except for the situations in which someone has given me permission to use a picture freely, including social media)

You can of course contact me if you recognize yourself on a photo and you do not want to be seen that way. I will then remove that photo.

  • Legal grounds for the processing of personal data:

-Permission

When you give me your telephone number, or your email address, and you want to be kept informed about my activities, I keep your email address and phone number. That way I can provide you with information.

On this website, you can subscribe for my irregular newsletter. If you subscribe, I keep your email address just to send you this newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time at the footer of each newsletter.

-Execution of an agreement

If I am deployed by you, I need your email address and telephone number for the execution of the agreement.

-Justified interest

My work has a special relationship with the audience. The public is usually directly involved in the work and is sometimes even part of the work. (Future) clients want to see how my work is presented and experienced. That is why it is very important that I can show the right photos on my website. The right photos? Photos that show that the audience is involved in my work. I am aware that this is sensitive material, and I do everything I can to make you feel good about the photos I am using. Of course, you can contact me if you recognize yourself on a photo and you do not want to be seen that way. I will then remove that photo.

  • Social media

I have become very careful with social media. I have a Facebook page, a Twitter account and an Instagram page. I try to place as few pictures as possible in which people are recognisable. You can of course contact me if you recognize yourself on a photo and you do not want to be seen that way. I will then remove that photo.

  • How long do I keep data?

I keep email addresses and telephone numbers as long as necessary for the contact I have with you. I hope to keep contact with you for as long as I live. I like to show photos on my website permanently. You can of course contact me if you recognize yourself on a photo and you do not want to be seen that way. I will then remove that photo.

  • Your right

You can ask me

– what personal data I keep from you exactly

– to change or delete your personal data
